| You need to book your hotel room yourselves. You are free to find rooms yourselves, but Heidelberg can be quite busy and occasionally one finds no available rooms. Feel free to contact one of these Hotels and mention our workshop to get access to our reserved rooms. | You will need to book your own hotel room. You are welcome to search for accommodation yourself, but Heidelberg can get quite busy, and rooms are not always available.
